1. Mr. Stacks
Mr. Stacks is a must-visit for all pancake lovers! Here you can eat the tastiest, most fluffy vegan pancakes in a beautiful looking hotspot. From savory to sweet pancakes, all pancakes are delicious.
For example, go for the unique “Plantbased Tacos Stack” (!!) stack with guacamole and vegan cheese or for the “Dutch Apple Pie Stack” with caramelized apples, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel sauce. So good!

2. TEDS
TEDS can of course not be missing from this list. It’s a great hotspot to start your day on a lazy Sunday with a good brunch. On the menu are all kinds of dishes that remedy a possible hangover. 3. The Avocado Show
One of the most popular restaurants in Amsterdam is probably the Avocado Show. Although most people are familiar with this hotspot, it is still a unique concept.
Everything at the Avocado Show contains the ingredient avocado. From pancakes with avocados as a topping to eggs served in half avocados. There is even avocado ice cream! Definitely worth a visit if you love avocados and want to experience a unique dining experience.

4. Dignita
Dignita is a great hotspot for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The menu offers many delicious dishes with unique ingredients, such as the white chocolate, rhubarb & rose American Pancakes stack. Yum!

Pluk offers a delicious breakfast or lunch every day of the week. It is the perfect place to start a shopping day in Amsterdam. Pluk is located in two of the nicest streets in Amsterdam.

7. Benji’s
Benjis is a favorite of many! The shop is inspired by the tropical atmospheres of Bali, which is why you will find many green colors and a lot of plants here. But the use of steel and concrete also gives it an industrial look. A great mix!

12. Pllek
Another nice hotspot in Amsterdam: Pllek! To get here you have to take a (free) ferry to the NDSM Wharf in Amsterdam North. Then it is a few minutes walk from the NDSM ferry port and then you are there!
Pllek is a special place where you can go for breakfast, dinner or a drink. It is actually a container that has been transformed into a café/bar with its own beach and a view of Amsterdam’s skyline.
Whether you come to warm up by their fireplace in winter or just lie in the sun on their private beach in summer, Pllek is always worth a visit!

14. G’s, A Really Nice Place
G’s is a good place for an extensive brunch in Amsterdam, where they serve their brunch with a specialty: the Bloody Mary cocktail. From the classic Bloody Mary to Bloody Kimchi, they really have every kind of Bloody Mary you can imagine!
